When I walked in the office, I felt a peace...relaxing....a much needed break from the world! Then I was greeted by the staff who were all super sweet and friendly! This office is absolutely amazing. The weight loss program really works. You are accountable and everything is always positive. They will help you with any aspect including diet, education, exercise program suggestions or whatever life stuff might be getting in your way to being healthy. I gained weight after birth control caused hormonal issues. Melanie knew exactly what problems I had and how to help me loose. I lost 64 pounds over about 6 months of serious dedication. The best part about loosing the weight is the support they continued to provide while I was maintaining my size. I am going back soon to start round two!

Currently undergoing the laser tattoo removal process at this office. The staff have been incredibly understanding and professional throughout the entire process so far. Ashley has been doing the greatest job throughout each stage of the removal process to make sure that the proper precautions and care is provided to ensure correct healing of the skin after each visit. Dr. Pennington and the rest of her staff have been phenomenal to work with as well. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone considering having a tattoo removed. Finally got up the nerve to get cheek filler for the first time! And let me tell you! It is a game changer for me! I was soo hesitant, but Melanie and Dr.P were so patient in letting me decide when the time was right. Minimal discomfort. Hardly any bruising at all. Excellent. 10 stars all the way around. I met Melanie in 2021 and started receiving treatments from her again about a week ago. She’s been so amazing and patient with me while I’m on my healthy skin journey. She even went out of her way to stay late just to squeeze me in so we could get my skin together for my birthday. Pennington med spa is Absolutely THE best place for skin procedures in the Charlotte area. I have been seeing Melanie at Pennington med spa since Covid and by far, it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. As a busy working mom, I had started to let my self “age gracefully”. Well, I discovered that aging gracefully is not for me; but I was also concerned with looking like I had obviously had work done.After consulting with Melanie, I decided to start treatment on my face and neck. She was patient with me as I just wanted to see how I felt after treatments. Four years later I’ve had laser hair removal, Hydrofacials, Botox and fillers plus some laser treatments on my post child birth tummy. ALL of my treatments have turned out better than I could have imagined. Melanie and Dr. Pennington work together to make sure you don’t look like you’ve had major work done. I look like me, just refreshed and renewed. I’ve made appointments before to have more filler done and during the consultation potion of the appt, Melanie showed me that I didn’t need filler at that time, I merely needed a hydro facial. Obviously, Melanie is working for you as the patient and not selling you something you don’t need.At Pennington med spa, they say that they “treat to complete” meaning that they listen to your concerns and wants, add their extensive knowledge and build a treatment plan combining in-office treatments with in-home skin care.I recently celebrated another birthday and when I tell people my age, they are shocked, however no one ever asks if or where I’ve had work done, because you can’t tell that I have had work done!
